Refunds & Cancellations

At Elegant Interiors & Design Co, we take great pride in offering our customers the finest and most luxurious home interior products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to provide exceptional service at every step.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds for items received more than 14 days ago, except in cases where the item is damaged.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some of our items are custom-made or made-to-order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately after purchase to determine whether it is eligible for cancellation.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@elegantinteriorsdesignco.com. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
