Refunds & Cancellations

At Elegant Interiors & Design Co, we take great pride in offering our customers the finest and most luxurious home interior products available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit for an exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Additionally, some of our products are custom-made or made-to-order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible for cancellation.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
